WVA Uniform Guidelines
Willamette Valley Academy requests two uniforms for enrolled students, which are available through Land's End. Our school code is: 900203639
The first uniform, the Formal Uniform, will be required for special events such as school presentations, family gatherings, some field trips, and other special occasions. This uniform can be tailored to your student's preferences and gender. WVA will notify families via email and newsletter when the Formal Uniform will be required. This uniform is required of all grades.
The second uniform, the Standard Uniform, will be required for weekly uniform days at WVA. For our youngest students in grades K-2nd, WVA will require four uniform days per week, with one free-dress day on Fridays. For our older students in grades 3rd-8th, the Standard Uniform will be required one day a week on Mondays. This uniform can be tailored to your student's preferences and gender.
Formal Uniform
The Formal Uniform will be required for special occasions, such as school presentations, family events, some field trips, and other special gatherings. This uniform should be paired with a visibly clean pair of dark colored shoes and socks. Gender specific clothing is optional, as your student may wear any version they are comfortable in.
Standard Uniform
The Standard uniform will consist of an embroidered polo (three color options available), appropriate bottoms (shorts for warm weather, pants for cool weather), and a visibly clean pair of shoes.
- Grades K-2: The Standard Uniform will be required four days a week, with one free-dress day on Friday.
- Grades 3-8: The Standard Uniform will be required one day a week on Mondays. The rest of the week is free-dress.
