Application and Admission
We are now welcoming applications for the school year 2025-2026 for students from grade K to 8th. To be considered for enrollment, please follow the application process outlined below.
Application Process
Step 1
Apply online and submit the application to be considered for enrollment for the 2025-2026 school years. A non-refundable application fee of $50 will be applied.
Step 2
The ITBS math/reading tests or SSAT tests administered by WVA will be scheduled before the family interview. The entry tests may be waived if the student has significant competition achievements, has demonstrated a score of 85% or above on CogAt or ITBS math/reading tests, or is an active year-around student at Sunshine Elite.
Step 3
A school shadow day and family interview will be scheduled by Willamette Valley Academy admissions team once application is received.
Step 4
Our admission team will make a decision after the application is reviewed, the entry tests are administered, and WVA has met with the family. Admission notification letters will be emailed to families.
