In alignment with our mission and strategic plan, the projected tuition needed to maintain the school at optimal standards is $19,256 for the 2025-2026 school year. However, we are pleased to announce that the full tuition will remain the same as the 2024-2025 school year, at $18,900.

We are dedicated to making education accessible and offer tuition discounts and scholarships, subject to the availability of funds and donations received throughout the year.

School Bell:

• School Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Student admission begins at 8:30 AM.
• Afterschool Supervision: Free supervision is provided from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Fees and Tuition:

• New Student Application Fee: $50 (non-refundable, due upon application).
• Tuition: $18,900 for the school year.
• Applicants who confirm enrollment by January 31, 2025, are eligible for a 10% discount on tuition.
• Applicants who confirm enrollment by Feb 28, 2025, are eligible for a 5% discount on tuition.
• Applicants who enroll on March 1, 2025 or after, will pay the full tuition amount of $18,900.

Note: A $900 fee, covering admission and material costs, is included in the total tuition and is non-refundable and non-discountable.

School Bell:

• Extended After-School Care: Available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at affordable rates.

Fees and Tuition:

• New Student Application Fee: $50 (non-refundable, due upon application).
• Tuition: $15,120 for the school year.

Note: $720 of the tuition is allocated for admission and material fees, which are non-refundable.

Extended After-School Care Rates for PreK-3rd Grade:

• $300/month with a quarterly commitment.
• $2,850/year with a yearly commitment.

Note: 3rd graders may participate in a free afterschool study hall until 5:00 PM, provided they maintain good behavior while completing homework or reading.

• Tuition can be paid in full at the time of admission.
• Alternatively, tuition may be divided into two term payments, with nominal transaction and interest charges applied.

• Enrichment Class Discounts: WVA students receive a 50% discount on most enrichment classes offered by Sunshine Elite.
• Scholarships: Merit-based scholarships are available to recognize and reward outstanding academic achievement.
• Summer Camps: WVA partners with Sunshine Elite Education to provide six weeks of summer camps in July and August. These camps are offered on a weekly basis with no long-term commitment required:
• Half-Day Camps: (8:30 AM-12:30 PM or 12:30 PM-5:00 PM): $250/week
• Full-Day Camps: (8:30 AM-5:00 PM): $500/week
• Note: WVA students receive a 15% discount on all summer programs.

Note: Scholarship amounts are determined annually based on available school funds.
